An Overview
The program consists of reading specific chapters in the Essential Handbook for Highly Effective Leaders 2-hour monthly module meetings to discuss the information, implementation opportunities, along with group activities to foster collaboration and synergy, followed by completion of weekly workbook activities to encourage reflection and implementation of new approaches.
The program can be virtually facilitated by Tim Nolan or your organization can lead it (a facilitator guide, monthly module presentations, and ongoing technical support is provided to help you easily facilitate). It is approximately a 2.5 hour monthly time commitment for participants with an excellent return on investment.
